Orders and Payment
When you place an order, you agree that all information provided is accurate, complete, and current.
You also confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
We reserve the right to cancel, refuse, or limit any order for reasons including, but not limited to, suspected fraud, payment issues, inventory errors, pricing errors, shipping restrictions, incorrect customer information, abuse of promotions, or violation of these Terms.
Order Processing and Shipping
Orders are typically processed within the timeframe listed in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
Shipping times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, high shipping volume, incorrect addresses, customs, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Once an order is handed to the shipping carrier, delivery handling and timing are managed by the carrier.
Subscriptions
If you purchase a subscription product, you authorize HANA UNO or our subscription provider to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis according to the subscription frequency, price, discounts, taxes, and shipping fees shown at checkout.
You are responsible for managing, updating, pausing, or canceling your subscription before the next charge is processed.
Subscription changes apply to future orders only. Orders already processed may not be canceled or changed.
Promotions and Discounts

Promotions cannot be combined unless clearly stated.

For safety and hygiene reasons, opened or used skincare products cannot be returned.
HANA UNO does not offer money-back refunds unless required by law. Approved cases may qualify for an exchange, replacement, store credit, or discount toward a future purchase.
Customer Content and Social Media
If you tag HANA UNO, mention our brand, submit a review, send us photos or videos, or publicly post content featuring our products, you allow HANA UNO to share, repost, display, or use that content on our website, social media, advertising, email marketing, and promotional materials.
This may include your name, social media handle, review, image, video, caption, or other content you shared with us or posted publicly.
If you want us to remove content previously shared, please contact us at hello@hanauno.com and we will review your request.
Acceptable Use
