Return & Exchange Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us, and we want every HANA UNO order to arrive safely and in proper condition.

Please review our return and exchange policy carefully before completing your purchase.

Return Window

Return or exchange requests must be made within 15 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, the product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. Products that have been opened, used, tested, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return or exchange.

Damaged or Leaking Products

If your order arrives damaged, broken, leaking, punctured, or with any visible issue caused during shipping, please contact our support team as soon as possible.

We may request photos or videos of the damaged product and packaging in order to review your case.

Approved damaged-product cases may qualify for a product exchange or replacement.

Exchanges Only

HANA UNO does not offer money-back refunds.

If your request is approved, we may offer a product exchange, replacement, store credit, or a discount toward your next purchase.

Refunds will not be issued to the original payment method.

Change of Mind Returns

If you receive your order and decide the product is not what you expected, you may request a return within 15 days of delivery.

The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. Opened or used skincare products cannot be returned for safety and hygiene reasons.

Approved change-of-mind returns may qualify for store credit or a discount toward a future purchase.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for shipping the product back to HANA UNO.

Return shipping costs are not covered by HANA UNO unless otherwise approved by our support team.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as HANA UNO is not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments.

Subscription Orders

If you are a subscription customer and your product arrives damaged, broken, leaking, or defective, please contact us with your order number and photos of the issue.

Once approved, we may send a replacement product for your subscription order.
