Shipping & Delivery

At HANA UNO, every order is prepared with care to ensure your skincare products arrive safely, beautifully packaged, and ready for your daily ritual.

Order Processing

Once your order is placed, our team begins preparing it with attention and care. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

This processing window also allows us to review order details for security purposes, including payment verification and fraud prevention, so we can protect both our customers and our store.

After your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

Shipping Times

Standard shipping usually takes 5–8 business days after the order has been processed.

In some cases, delivery may take longer due to circumstances outside of our control, such as carrier delays, holidays, weather conditions, high shipping volume, or issues involving third-party carriers such as USPS, FedEx, UPS, or other delivery services.

While most orders arrive within the estimated delivery window, some shipments may take up to 10–12 business days depending on the carrier and destination.

All HANA UNO skincare products are carefully packed using protective materials to help preserve the quality and condition of your order during transit.

Delivery Responsibility

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery times and handling are managed by the carrier. HANA UNO is not responsible for delays caused by USPS, FedEx, UPS, holidays, weather, incorrect addresses, or other third-party carrier issues.
