Cancellation policy

At HANA UNO, some products may be available as a one-time purchase or as a subscription purchase option.

By selecting a subscription or recurring purchase option at checkout, you agree to be charged automatically based on the frequency, price, discounts, taxes, and shipping fees shown at the time of purchase.

One-Time Purchases

One-time purchases are processed as a single order and are not part of a recurring subscription.

Once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Subscription Purchases

If you purchase a HANA UNO subscription product, you authorize us or our subscription provider to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis according to your chosen subscription plan.

Subscription customers are responsible for managing, updating, pausing, or canceling their subscription before the next charge is processed.

How to Cancel a Subscription

You may cancel your subscription through your customer account, subscription portal, or by contacting our team at:

Please include your full name, order number, and the email address used at checkout.

Our team may take up to 48 hours to respond during business days, so we recommend submitting cancellation requests at least 48 hours before your next billing date.

Cancellation Timing

Subscription cancellations apply to future orders only.

If your next subscription charge has already been processed, or if the order has already been prepared or shipped, we may not be able to cancel that order.

In that case, the cancellation will apply to the next billing cycle.

Refunds

HANA UNO does not offer money-back refunds for subscription orders that have already been processed, packed, or shipped.

If your subscription product arrives damaged, broken, leaking, punctured, or defective, please contact us with photos or videos of the issue. Approved cases may qualify for a replacement or product exchange according to our Return & Exchange Policy.

Pausing or Updating a Subscription

Customers may request to pause, update, or change their subscription when available.

Any subscription changes must be completed before the next billing date. Changes made after a charge has been processed will apply to future orders only.

Customer Responsibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to keep payment information, shipping address, email address, and subscription preferences updated.

HANA UNO is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address if the customer did not update the subscription information before the order was processed.
