Shipping Policy

HANA UNO ships jewelry, accessories, and capsule skincare ritual products to the shipping address provided at checkout. Please review your address carefully before placing your order.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-5 business days after payment is confirmed. Personalized, made-to-order, or quality-inspected jewelry pieces may require additional preparation time. Processing times do not include weekends, holidays, or carrier transit time.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times vary by destination, carrier, product availability, and customs or local delivery conditions. Tracking information will be provided when available.

Multiple Items

If your order includes different product types, such as jewelry and skincare, items may ship separately. Separate packages may receive separate tracking numbers.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for delays, returned packages, or lost deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. If an order is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply.

Lost, Delayed, or Marked Delivered Packages

Skincare Shipments

Capsule skincare products should be inspected upon delivery. Do not use products that appear damaged, leaking, opened, or tampered with. Contact us promptly with photos if there is a delivery issue.
