Refund and Return Policy

We want you to feel confident shopping with HANA UNO. This policy applies to jewelry, accessories, and capsule skincare ritual products purchased from our store.

Return Window

You may contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a return authorization. Items sent back without first contacting us may not be accepted.

Eligible Returns

To be eligible for a return, jewelry and accessories must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and returned with original packaging, tags, certificates, pouches, boxes, and any included accessories. Skincare products must be unopened, unused, sealed, and in original packaging for hygiene and safety reasons.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect: opened or used skincare products, personalized or custom jewelry, engraved items, final sale items, gift cards, and items showing wear, fragrance, cosmetic residue, scratches, missing stones, resizing, alteration, or damage after delivery.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete item, contact us at bbjjclub.usa@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, shipping label, and issue.

Jewelry Care and Wear

Normal wear, tarnishing, discoloration from chemicals or moisture, improper storage, accidental damage, and damage caused by resizing, repair, or modification by a third party are not considered defects.

Skincare Sensitivity

Skincare results and skin reactions vary by person. Please review ingredients before use and patch test when appropriate. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Opened or used skincare cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless required by applicable law.

Subscriptions

If you purchase a subscription product, cancellations or changes apply to future orders only. Subscription orders that have already processed may not be cancellable. Return eligibility for subscription shipments follows the same product rules above.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Original shipping charges, return shipping costs, customs fees, duties, and package protection fees are non-refundable unless required by law or unless the return is due to our error.

How to Start a Return

Email bbjjclub.usa@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos when applicable. We will provide next steps if your return is approved.
